Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 鬼们之蝴蝶大厦
尹馨,曹佑宁,冯淬帆,白润音,蔡振南,庄凯勋,安心亚,曾莞婷陈薇（尹馨 饰）带着女儿（林采洁 饰）为躲避家暴的丈夫住进有自杀胜地之称的蝴蝶大厦后怪事频传。管理员梁伯（冯淬帆 饰）和顶楼的庙公山叔（蔡振南 饰）不断提醒她这一层楼不太干净，如果有能力还是尽快搬走，但是经济拮据的她暂时只能栖身于此。各种三教九流的邻居、杂货铺有阴阳眼的自闭症男孩阿弟（白润音 饰），还有那间被再三交代禁止靠近的613号房，一切都令陈薇感到诡异莫名。外表阳光的代班管理员小梁（曹佑宁 饰）对独立坚强的陈薇照顾有加，经常借故上门帮忙维修家电，陈薇女儿看到他来也会难得露出微笑。正值鬼门开时，蝴蝶大厦内意外频传，甚至发生许多灵异事件，但老住户们似乎已经习以为常。陈薇原本是想带女儿逃离丈夫，不料却将自己卷入更大危机之中...
