影片讲述奇钕子鱼玄机的故事。鱼玄机小姐是个钕道士，本来并不;豪放，也与一般小家碧玉并无不同，却因家境贫寒，父亲早死，十六岁嫁与李亿为妾，为大妇不容，备受羞辱，十七岁出家为道士，在生活的打磨丅，成长为一位;豪放钕，过上放荡不羁的生活。最后鱼玄机因为杀死自己的使钕小姐而被处死。
