清河县是一个地处偏远的小县城，西门庆（单立文 饰）风流成性，贪婪狂妄，只要是他想要得到的东西，无论使用怎样的手段都要得逞。某日，西门庆看上了武大郎（林国印 饰）之妻潘金莲（杨思明 饰），被潘金莲的美貌所吸引的西门庆联手王婆（曾亚君 饰）从中作梗，最终抱得美人归。 之后，武大郎找西门庆算账，不仅被其打成重伤，并且最终命丧黄泉。狡猾的西门庆将杀人的罪名栽赃到了武大郎的弟弟武松（顾冠中 饰）头上，使得武松被打入了大牢发配边疆。而潘金莲早已对正直勇敢的武松芳心暗许，为了救心目中的大英雄，她不得不答应了西门庆各种荒淫无耻的要求，进入了西门府，成为了他的第五个妻子
